Avant de découvrir les séances de kiné avec Stéphane, j'avais comme préjugé que c'était ennuyeux et qu'au final les kinés ne pouvaient pas vraiment m'aider sur ma façon de travailler car ils ne connaissaient pas vraiment les conditions dans lesquelles je pouvais me blesser.
