Workshops : empowering dancers with body knowledge & unlocking potential and enhancing performance

Our approach: integrating physiotherapy expertise with dance experience

Drawing on our expertise as physiotherapists and firsthand experience as dancers, we aim to enlighten dancers about their body's nuances. While harnessing their potential is vital, understanding its mechanics is equally crucial. We advocate for educating dancers about their anatomy, functionality, and self-care practices, offering workshops to expand their physical boundaries and capabilities. By equipping individuals with this knowledge, we empower them to optimize their performance and safeguard their bodies for long-term success.

Empowering dancers through education and practice enhancement workshops

Bridging Science with artistry: fostering physical abilities and performance

Primarily, our goal is to educate dancers of all levels, including students and instructors, whether they're amateurs or professionals. Through our workshops, we aim to align their practices with scientifically proven recommendations to enhance physical abilities and performance.

Currently, many dancers overlook the necessity of maintaining their bodies as an integral part of their artistic practice. We strive to impart the understanding that being a dancer extends beyond training sessions, classes, or auditions.
It's a lifestyle that demands constant care and attention.

In our workshops, we always start with a brief theoretical foundation before diving into practical exercises. Our objective is to provide numerous real-life examples to facilitate immediate adaptation of their practice by the workshop's conclusion.

During our workshops, we always offer a brief theoretical foundation before diving into practical applications. The goal is to provide numerous concrete examples so participants can adjust their practice by the end of the session.
